Shocking part is that even tho it was shipped in a pwe and the card came in contact with scotch tape, thats not what damaged it, it was damaged when they made it. It's a quad jersey card, and when they attached the front of the card it wrinkled. So they didnt ship me cards in a pwe and they got damaged in transit, they sent me a damaged card from the get goLast edited by Mike1433; 08-02-2012 at 07:19 PM. Reason: typo

It's sickening to me the complacency on the part of UD since they have established themselves in the hockey card market.
If we turned back the clock to 1990-91 when they entered the market I'm sure they would be working hard to fulfill these customer satisfaction requests because they were trying to make a name for themselves.
The best day for us collectors was when Panini got licensed to enter the game. With Panini putting out better products this year and ITG running strong with their innovative stuff so you would think UD woud feel the pressure...I'm sure they will after this year of disaster with the delayed releases and continued redemptions because their bottom line must be affected by it. It'll be interesting to see what happens from here.
I'd also be interested to see if Panini becomes complacent as well after a few years. Typical bad model for staying in business for a long time. Companies need to commit to stay faithful to customers over the long haul...we don't see that a lot in the hobby industry.Hidden Content , Hidden Content , Hidden Content

As much as I like Upper Deck products, such treatment of customers is totally unacceptable activities. I do have myself one really miserable experience of their Customer Service. I just wonder can you guys do anything more about it? We have seen that writing to discussion forums not lead just anything, or calling their CS.
Can you guys write their facebook, the big daily newspaper or sue them :)

I heard that complaining to the Better Business Bureau actually works with Panini and Upper Deck not wanting to get bad ratings on that site. I have not done it but should have as people on this site that have, have received stellar results.
