    So, about a month ago i bought a card on EBay. It had a Best offer option so just for the heck of it i offered half the asking price.To my delight they accepted. I sent the money and waited for my card.After a month had passed without getting the card i sent the Seller a message saying that i have not received the card yet. Instead of replying back to me they just refunded my money. How does that work? I never asked for a refund, i was just enquireing about the status of my card. Giving me a refund makes me think they changed their minds about the price & never sent the card in the first place. How does EBay allow them to get away with this? Once you accept an offer are you not obligated to send the card? They could have just rejected my offer. I gave them a Negative feedback but it does not show up on they're rating.What kind of B.S. is that. So, if i sell a card & dont like the price i get for it then i just dont send it? Give a refund & relist the card hoping to get a better price the next time? How does that not show up as a "Bad Deal" or a Negative Feedback? Screw Ebay they Friggin suck!! What an absolute joke!! Why would EBay care they probably got they're cut the Greedy Jerks... This kind of crap made me leave EBay the last time over 10 years ago..Members ID- leximo- has 16801 feedback & a 99.5% rating.

    Things aren't always as they seem on the surface. eBay encourage sellers to resolve issues quickly and actually penalize us if we don't. Chances are the seller sent the card and it's either lost or stolen. A seller with 16,000 feedback isn't gonna risk their reputation over one card. The card was likely sent without tracking and there is nothing the seller can do to prove it was sent. As a seller I get buyers asking where their items are all the time. I usually ask them to wait a little longer and then end up refunding anyways. Perhaps they could have had better customer service but I don't think they did anything wrong.
    As for the negative you left, depending on what you said it could have been removed. I dont know.

    The negative is there showing on ebay . It's the only one the seller has received in the past year.

    He refunded you the money, why leave him negative feedback? At the minimum, just leave no feedback.

    As a seller, I'd be upset with you if you did that to me.

    I've had buyers tell me the card didn't come in, and I refunded because it was over a month of waiting. Sometimes mail gets lost.

    Why would i say i didnt receive a $2 card? Give your head a shake pal!! It was probably never sent. I have bought way bigger cards than this so why wouldnt i do it with those cards? I never got the card. In all my sites i have over 200 positive feedback & never once has a card not made it to me.It was never sent, plain & simple..
    Basically your calling me a liar & a thief. Looks good on you with your negative feedback.Next time send an explanation instead of just ignoring my message.

    Didnt even offer an explanation just returned my money, thats why i left a negative feedback. Like i said above, over 200 feedback on all 3 sites i am on & never once have i had a card "lost" in the mail. Thats a B.S. excuse!!

    I do not think that is a BS excuse at all.

    I have not received cards before from reputable sellers.
    ask @sjw241 - He refunded me for a card that we both thought was lost, but showed up after 1 1/2 months.

    I've sold cards that never arrived and was presumed lost.

    I have over 1200 Feedback on Ebay from selling and buying.
    Cards get lost, mail gets lost. It happens when there's no tracking. Even with tracking I've seen a card "lost" for over 3 months before I received it.

    Regardless, I think you over-reacted with your negative feedback to the seller. Especially one with over 16000 positive feedback.

    Perhaps you are right, Ebay is not for you.

    You can leave watherver feedback you want but in my opinion,you gave that seller an undeserved negative feedback.You might be right, he might have sold the card to someone else for 2$ more but i find it way more plausible the card got lost in the mail.If so,he is out a card,the money and gets a negative feedback because Canada post lost the card.

    Why the hostility? You left your opinion and others left theirs. I think the negative was uncalled for as well but its your prerogative. The seller gave you a refund no questions asked. You will likely still get the card as well. The negative wont really hurt the seller because most people with half a brain will realize your negative was unnecessary.
