yeah that is great, this will be my final response as well since there is clearly no point continuing this discussion, like I've already said, it would have been nice to get that kind of response, but its in the mail be patient after 5 weeks ... so at how many weeks is it too long? which then leads into the refund.
Also, Your post office receipt would tell me you went to the post office and spent X dollars, it doesn't say what you did, where your mail was sent to so that is useless to me. Where is my card? you clearly didn't send it, you see how unreasonable that is?
You keep mentioning your 200 trades, and scoff at my 23, but I have more than 200 transactions on other websites too, and there were plenty of other responses were from people with 1000's of transactions, that tell you these things are real and do unfortunately happen. Also, pretty ironic is the person you are accusing of not sending you the card, has 16000 feedback and just the 1 neg. So why does 200 trump 16000? I'll leave it at that.

Like i said, maybe instead of Chastising someone you should take care of your own stuff like leaving feedback for a trade over 6 months old. I guess when you have your nose stuck in other peoples business you forget about your own..
I was not their first negative feedback, they have others as well. The receipt from the PO tells me that i am a man of my word. Look at my feedbacks, quick shipping for almost every one of them. Unlike others i do what i say i am going to, i always have, its called Honor & anyone who knows me will tell you the same thing, my word is everything & you can count on it!!

nope I got your TTM just fine, but its nice to know if it didn't arrive, you would assure me you have honor and sent it (which I'm not disputing), yet you refuse to give anyone else that very same benefit, despite their extensive track record, indicating they do send their packages.

It was never valid as far as i am concerned. Say your peace then move on yet here you are still rambling on. Get over it, its not your feedback anyways. Maybe you can contact Leximo & give her a shoulder & you can have a good cry together over it.. Are you sure this is the last one? You said that 2 messages ago yet here you still are. I will ship you a box of tissues, free of charge of course..
What part of "I never said they didnt send the Package" do you not comprehend? I simply asked about the status of my card, thats it thats all. I NEVER asked for a refund nor did i want 1. I wanted the Card that i paid for. All they had to say was the card was sent but instead i got No response, then a message my money had been refunded. I never asked for that. Only then did i think my card was not sent. I dont have to defend my actions to you or anyone else for that matter. I did what i did. I just posted an issue that i had & got jumped on for it. I never asked for anyone's opinions but typically thats what i got cause everybody has something to say when its not said to someone's face. I did what i did & I apologize to no one for it. Dont worry though, after my first suspension i am much more careful as to what i say now.. Thanks for putting an end to this though, much appreciated..

Had two similar ebay purchases recently where the cards didn't arrive for almost two months. Contacted the sellers..both replied that they had sent the cards, one of them offered to refund me right away. Both cards were about $15 cards. Then within two days...I first get a message on Facebook from a neighbor saying they have a package that they think is for me although it has their address on it. (turns out the seller missed a number in my address when he wrote it on the envelope) and I got the other package in the mail with a whole bunch of Canada Post markings all over it. I actually asked our postal carrier what the marking were all about and the best he could make of it was that the receiving post office rejected the package as having insufficient postage and it went back to the distribution center who in turn decided it did have sufficient postage and it was resent out from there back to the post office and then delivered. (pretty whacked as it was the standard $1.80 postage that these packages usually are but whatever).
In both cases I contacted the seller to let them know that they finally arrived. First guy apologized for the mistake in the address, which works for me. And I repaid the second guy for the card I bought (he had refunded me) and all is good. So...things do get "lost" in the mail for one reason or another, thankfully I was lucky that the people down the street from me are honest and took the time to figure out where that package should have went. Positive feedback was left for both, would buy from again.
So this was "ebay issues" resolved.

Won a card in February for 70USD from Toronto. Shipped on February 13th without tracking. Still no sign of it as of today. The seller is offering
share the loss each 1/2 of the value

Was it supposed to be shipped with tracking? I've had issues where I've opened the case since they have not supplied the tracking number. If they were supposed to, it will be pretty easy for eBay to close the case in your favour.
