Weird situation here, that i'd like opinions on.
So a guy with 1 feedback joined in 2 of my box breaks back at the beginning of November, i was weary because he only had 1 feedback but he paid right away and had no problems. I did the break and he ended up hitting 2 base parallels and an NHL Ink Ovechkin SP card... so i packaged it all up and sent it out to him on the 7th of November and because it was to Nova Scotia in Canada it included tracking so i was covered.
Well skip ahead to Saturday when i get a RTS envelope sent back to me and when i open it up it's the cards for this guy. The reason for the RTS said moved/unknown... so i messaged him Saturday to let him know about this (It shows in the tracking that they tried to deliver it several times, 4 to be exact but without any success they sent it back to me).
So since i've messaged him i still havent heard anything back from him so i checked out his feedback and he now has 3 feedback but 2 are from me so he hasnt been active on Ebay (Buying wise anyways) since the beginning of November.
So my question is what do i do if he doesnt reply?? Im obviously not going to try and reship to a failed address and none of his info has changed for me to find a new one so should i just refund him his money or something???

Check to see that the Paypal Address and the eBay address are the same. If they are different as they often are, you just may have a 2 address situation.
Get on the Phone and talk to an eBay Representative. This kind of problem can be dealt with, with 1 phone call.

Not really a whole lot you can do, but wait to see if they contact you at some point. Technically, it is still his card, so I wouldn't do anything with it, but hold onto it. All kinds of things could have happened to them, so no use speculating, but I would send him another message stating all that you mentioned, and that they tried to deliver it to the address provided several times, and had no recourse but to send it back to you. Also mention that you will hold onto it for them until they get you a new address to send to. This way there is a paper trail with ebay/paypal in case they try to say you scammed them. Also, keep all receipts, and tracking from the original package. With any luck, they'll totally forget about it, but just assume it isn't yours to keep for the time being.

Well i surelyy hope not but that thought has certainly crossed my mind as well but with him only having 1 feedback before this deal i have a feeling maybe just stopped using the site and didnt bother changing his address to the proper one or something?

WHY ARE THE SEARCH ENGINES DIFFERENT BETWEEN .CA & .COM?????
I do a worldwide search on both sites and see different items in each. This is........odd.
