I know I am a minority, but I look to buy completed base sets for Certified each year. So if you open Certified 2013-14 and can make the base set, let me know so I can buy from you! :)
Also, for those who collect a lot of Score, I bought the complete Gold base set last year. I'll be looking to do that again this year as well.

I started doing that last year. Also, I trade my base cards to other members on the boards doing sets. Damaged base cards are used to protect cards during shipping.

I just build the set, I mean, other than give them away, what else is there to really do with them? Something to give my kids one day I guess.

Ya all good points. Never thought of the Halloween thing, pretty clever haha. Going to try to get some supplies in return for some and I do try to do some of the base sets but their still not worth a whole bunch. The kids thing is popular and at least there going to a good cause at that point. thanks for all the input!

All you can really do is give them away, I used to use them instead of cardboard decoys, to protect higher end traders I was mailing out, when they kept piling up I started boxing them up for my wife to bring to work (she's a teacher) this has been the best way to get rid of them, besides a fire pit lol.
