That first half was something special. The Heat were always going to get back into it but they exerted too much energy in doing so. Game 4 is huge.

Thing about it is Spurs seem more focused on detail on the road. Some may call the shooting an anomaly but remember the 4th qtr of game 1. 14-16, 6-6 from 3. They are capable, they just need to keep their heads in the game.

gotta wonder if the Spurs would have played like that had they won game 2? I can only imagine being up 3-0 now if they did close out game 2. Look what happens when Leonard and Green become more take charge. Glad to see they didn't let this game get away.

Miami Heat fan here, tough series, super impressed with the Spurs.
I really feel that the Spurs have this, Miami will make it 2-2, but that wont be enough.
You just cant defend the Spurs because they dont rely on anyone, a true team game.

I think they stepped up after the lose to the Heat. They don't want this thing to slip away like last year and they have come out with a vengeance to finish them off.
People are also saying the murder of the Heat's personal chef has had a negative effect on the Heat (it happened after their game 2 win) but who knows.

Since the 7th game with Dallas, Spurs team seems unstoppable...I'm really surprised by the poor production of Miami (except Lebron) on the last 2 games!
And this Leonard guy is gonna be AWESOME the next few years! 22 years old...wow...

I think the Heat are "overrated" in a sense because of the lack of competition they have faced in the East. Nobody has really challenged them and they did finish as the #2 seed. If they were banging around in the Western Conference this year I doubt they would have finished as high as the #2 in the west. They are a good team and even one that can win a championship but they basically get a bye to the Finals the way it is now with everyone in the west fighting it out every round.

Spurs are focused and know what they have needed to do.
And they have known for a log time.
