***WARNING*** The thief Bryan Rodriguez is back on eBay
The thief is back, has a new user name on eBay (maxmattrodr)
He has listed the 06/07 UD Ultimate that he stole from me and some others he stole from people here and on other boards. He also altered the patch. So warn you friends and country men we all need to take these guy down some how. Funny part is I can not report it eBay as a stolen item, you have to be a cop to do that. I did report it as fake so we shall see

Unbelievable He sold a lot of Lemieux before too that I bid on (Didn't win though). First he steals then destroys a great card.
I would be steaming right now if I was you. I'm mad thinking about it. I wanna punch this guy in the face.

They are the Lemieux Prime Colors and the Byfuglien Prime Ties. I just wish there was something more we could do, and yes I am sooo sick about that card. I was trading it for the 00-01 Signature Legends he has listed, when I saw that one, the bottom was a single color. I am looking to see if I kept those images. I might have them as well. Anybody live in Burney BC? You would make my year, if you could do a little slow Italian on this guy. I am not advocating violence....just a dream and no reality.

No clue why someone would bid on that card or any card that looks like that It looks all scratched even though it could be the holder..
Newer cards just dont look like that.....too bad some arent as observant as others.

You should buy a card under $50 (without tracking) and then claim you never got the card on paypal and burn his azz.
If it happened to me I would think really hard about doing it lol.

If there is proof he's stolen a few hundred dollars in cards and is engaging in fraud, why not place a call to the Burnaby RCMP and pass them the info. Mail fraud is pretty serious, as is counterfeiting. He would likely get a visit. I would also put in monster bids to make sure that those cards sell to ME, withhold payment (Ebay does nothing to NPB) and then I would present same evidence to Ebay. Go after this loser!
