Exactly if he sells on ebay he cant do it under false name and that right? i dont get it, seems today the best way to make dirty money is to scam people online on hockey cards and sell fake patches yet when there is often proof the card has been altered, it seems they will never get caught and can keep doing it year in year out under different aliases on ebay i dont get it.. should be easy if paypal and or ebay can give all that info to the police he should be caught pretty quick u would think. This hobby today is a joke and not fun anymore and with ITG gone its sad.

Looks like eBay had him pull all the stolen stuff. But I am still out. Really thinking of going after those Ultimates and doing the not received. He knows me though. Just wish I could recover something.

I would give it a shot to be honest. I would never steal anything but in this case if he stole over $100 card from me and is a know thief I would try and get him back

Next update -- bidder has filed a refund against him, hoping he gets the money back. Maybe I need to see if I can get the card back, the auto was still very nice.

If you can get the card back contact UD about the Patch being fake. They may replace it for you or send you something else.

If the buyer gets his money back he may send it to you. You actually have a decent chance. Good Luck!

Keep the Updates coming in too!
