Mcdavid is supposed to be better than Macinnon right?
So he should get around 75-85 Points. ..
To me an average player is 60 points...
Guys who score 30 points are just bottom feeders..
Sad state of the nhl and very bad for the hobby long term...
It is worse than junk products because if players can't produce no one wants them....
Look how fast mcdavid hype will wear if he puts up...

Type point seasons. ..so you pay $10k for that???
That what his cup rookie will be..
NHL needs to do something. ...I know they won't..they love their boring product....which only canadians watch...Americans rather watch woman's softball or little league world series over stanley cup final because that's how boring the game has become. ..
Maybe Jagr will win art ross at this pace...next year. ..

I think it's far more likely McDavid settles in around the 100 pts/year range rather than 60 pts/year. Nothing's a guarantee, however.

Kuba, if the current NHL game is so bad and Upper Deck products are so terrible why do you post on the boards and troll the threads so much.....

Actually Stamkos put up 46 points as a rookie. And I was quite glad he put up those numbers because I was able to buy quite a few of his FW auto rcs for cheap during the summer and in the beginning of his second season. Mcdavid though, I think he will get 43 points easily.

agree with what some of the others have said. it's a bad year for rookies. next year with mcdavid/eichel you will get a lot better chance at bang for the buck. will it compare with 05/06 ovie/crosby or 07/08 kane/toews/price? Only time will tell. While I don't think this years class is quite up to par with those, I think it is the best of the past 5 years or so imho.

Do you really feel 14-15 is a better year for rookies than 13-14.....
