that makes sense for 2006 but for anything older than that...what is the big hold-up? Is there anyway to contact them to get an answer?

This may or may not work, try going to ebay and using there completed auctions and see what the item have sold for. Most of the time you will not find an auction due to scarcity, but some might have been listed. Also......

If you can fina price on another card from the set that has a higher production lets say /250 or /500 maybe you can use some kind of multiple of the more producted card. Also.....

Try looking at other sets to see if something close exists for the player and try and decide that way.

    Frustrating those N/A's arent they?

On cards /25 or lower there isnt much selling to look at so they cant put a BV on it.

So these cards are not really sold much say the ben sheets 4/15 Sweet Spot Glove Auto...nothing really to look at because people tend to keep them?

Funny how I've been offered lower end cards here for trade on that one...the only reason I never traded it was because I had no idea of the value...so there is no real value, I can pretty much put my own on it? I tried finding one like it on Ebay and found nothing.

So if I were to put the entire lot up on ebay (just the ones I have listed) what do you think they might go for (no I'm not doing this just wondering)

I have no faith in Beckett or their BV. Here's a kicker for you.

Read this article which is also on Beckett:
    http://www.beckett.com/news/index2.asp?a=1794

    The last sentence states:
Troy Glaus was pulled from the Hobby-only Tip of the Cap game-worn cap piece set.

But if you look it up in OPG, that card has a $15 BV. So, I wonder what card shop and shows they got that from?

Beckett doesn't even know if that card exist or not. Yet it still gets a book value.
