but it is a bunch of crap when a dealer that just wants to make a profit and a business out of it gets 2 autos in a box, while some collector and fan like myself that buys the box for the joy of pulling an auto, or how about a young kid saving up cash to buy a box of cards in the hopes of getting an athlete they look up to..i think its not fair. i wrote topps about the matter and will let you all know what happens.

I just called Topps today because I only got 5 cards from a pack of Allen & Ginter when there was supposed to be 6. The guy told me to send a letter to the address on the back of the pack with the upc from the pack and the store receipt.

I have had troubles with topps also. I sent in a redemption for a darko rookie and they never sent me my card! i also sent a letter after that and they never responded! I will call them and see if they can do something like send me a gu card after all my troubles!

If you don't have proof of mailing or delivery confirmation, you are pretty much up a creek.... Unfortunately, with Topps and DLP (since you have to mail in redemptions for both), if you don't certify it or send with delivery confirmation, they basically.... won't do a thing...
I had this problem with Topps and DLP once... I wised up immediately and now whenever I pull a redemption for either, it gets sent via Priority mail with DC and signature delivery...
Better safe than sorry...

so i got a priority letter today from topps...what did i find inside..
well first i saw a replacement pack of WWE insider
then, i saw 2 envelopes
opened the first one
