The way I read it, was that they are going to attempt to pursue ... it doesn't sound like a very positive thing for the victim... we'll see. I'm wondering if we can get this person's address-- there was no city/state for him on the trade page.

I will print up this thread and his PMs with me and and include it in a letter. No sense calling them up and putting them on the defensive with nothing for us to substantiate this with.
Hopefully, upon receiving the letter, they will urge their boy to do the right thing.
Guys! Don't go calling and screaming your heads off that you're going to call the police etc. You have to be diplomatic.Last edited by bmoy88; 09-18-2006 at 10:38 AM.

don't jump to conclusions... no one said anything about calling with threats, police, etc... I'm 40 years old-- I know how to conduct myself.. thanks.
Plus, i have plenty to substantiate my claim with. They can go to paypal, and look up my claim that was found in my favor.

BTW, I'm 40+ myself.

That's okay..i'm just a bit upset about this whole thing... I was a probation officer for 14 years, and I don't like getting ripped off..lol.
I think the letter is a great idea.

just so you all know.. i wouldnt wait on paypal... without funds in his account you wont get a dime back. They will pursue this guy but wont get anything out of him unless he tries to use his account again... unless it is over a thousand dollars you are all out the money. I would start going the legal route personally
