I will print up this thread and his PMs with me and and include it in a letter. No sense calling them up and putting them on the defensive with nothing for us to substantiate this with.

Hopefully, upon receiving the letter, they will urge their boy to do the right thing.

Sorry Scottyups72, didn't mean that you shouldn't call. I just meant that since I posted the address and phone number not everybody should be calling, ranting and raving. That would go against settling this issue amicably.

BTW, I'm 40+ myself.

That's okay..i'm just a bit upset about this whole thing... I was a probation officer for 14 years, and I don't like getting ripped off..lol.
I think the letter is a great idea.

just so you all know.. i wouldnt wait on paypal... without funds in his account you wont get a dime back. They will pursue this guy but wont get anything out of him unless he tries to use his account again... unless it is over a thousand dollars you are all out the money. I would start going the legal route personally
