Robinson-3
Frisch-2
Lajoie-1
Gehringer-1
I voted off Robinson. I could have sworn he had better numbers than that and played a few more years. Jackie was actually a much better person though and did a lot more for sports than probably anybody else. Jackie Robinson was voted the 2nd baseman of the All Century team a few years back by a very large margain but that might have been due to the fact that all the 2nd basemen we have left stop playing after the 1940s. All the dominate 2nd baseman seemed to have disappeared for the past 50 years.
Anyway here is who is left:
Rogers Hornsby: 2930H, 541-2B, 169-3B, 301HR, 1579R, 1584RBI, 135SB, .358BA, .434OB, .577SLG
Nap Lajoie: 3242H, 657-2B, 163-3B, 83HR, 1502R, 1599RBI, 380SB, .338BA, .380OB, .467SLG
Eddie Collins: 3315H, 438-2B, 187-3B, 47HR, 1821R, 1300RBI, 744SB, .333BA, .424OB, .429SLG
Frankie Frisch:2880H, 466-2B, 138-3B, 105HR, 1532R, 1244RBI, 419SB, .316BA, .369OB, .432SLG
Charlie Gehringer:2839H, 574-2B,146-3B, 184HR, 1774R, 1427RBI, 181SB, .320BA, .404OB, .480SLGSelling all my cards here updated as of May------------> Hidden Content

Charlie Gehringer
because I can't pronounce his last name, LOL
I don't know about the others but the reason robinson's career numbers are lower is because he wasn't drafted out of HS or college and he served in the millitary during the war.

Well Robinson did play in the Negro leagues but I still thought he had better numbers than that. His averages are great but I thought he had more total hits for some reason.

Frankie Frisch - good player whose time has come to leave this game.
I thought I remembered Carew as more of a 1st baseman.
Yount will have the same problem with SS and OF.

Well I remembered Carew at 2nd and then I checked out what position MLB put him at for the All Century Team Voting. They had him listed at 2nd so I went with it.
Yount and a couple other players will be decision calls by me because they played so many games at different positions. But I'll probably go by what MLB had them listed as to make the final decision.
