I purchased two things with my $35. I got an email from NAXCOM saying the Shane Nance autograph I ordered was shipped. However, I ordered a box of 2001 UD Decade of the 1970s and it hasn't been shipped yet. (I ordered it on Monday). Can you check with the seller to see when it will be shipped? Thanks.

If a seller hasn't sent you the shipping confirmation within 5 days, they receive an automated email that they need to get their item out ASAP and to confirm with the buyer that their item has been shipped.

If within 10 days they still haven't sent the shipping confirmation, an automated email is sent to our customer care department. We then contact both the buyer and seller to see what is going on. We don't release the money to the seller until you receive the item. If they flake, they get kicked off the system immediately and the money is put back into your account.

If you want to contact the seller yourself, you can easily do so in your 'My Account' Page. Under your current transactions, find the box and click on the Transaction Information blue button. There you will find his email address to send him a note.

Villie: No you don't need to click on the link to get your $10. As long as you put down SportsCard Forum as your referance you will get the $10.00 cash promotion.

I have another question, if we pay for an item using a money order, what all do we include with the payment?

Villie,

It is very easy to pay with a money order. Go to the item that you want to purchase. Enter your qty that you want to buy of that item and click 'Buy This Item Now' yellow button.

Print out that page and send it to NAXCOM along with your Money Order for the full amount. Once we receive your money order we immediately execute the transaction. You'll receive a buy confirmation email.

hey i have a question about this.... i signed up but i am confused on how we get money in our account.... i do not have a credit card but if i send you a money order how do i know it will be put into my account???
