From Bret at NAXCOM
tutall: Obviously, whenever you send a money order through the mail it is like sending cash. Fortunately when you send a M.O. to pay for an item from a seller on NAXCOM.com you don't send it to them, instead you send it to us. As soon as we get your money order, we will send you a confirmation email.
Thanks tutal

Bret,
Can you check into my issue with that box of cards I ordered? I ordered it on 5/5/03 from "The Edgeman", email address: [email protected]. I ordered a box of 2001 Upper Deck Decade of the 1970s hobby. I have not gotten a shipping notification yet. Thank you.

Tim,
Will check into it on Monday, but know that Brian is a great seller. He may not know about the shipping confirmation email, because that was a new feature we just launched a few weeks ago.

Well first click the link here on the top of the page, then go to sign up for account, fill out the info and at the very bottom where it says how did you hear about Naxcom, pull up the list of choices and choose sportscardforum.com and you should receive the $10 credit...

and it only takes 72 hours for them to credit your account. Then you get a free $10
Watch out for the S&H that the sellers charge.
I find that they mail one card in a top loader in an envelope for $0.37 but charge you $1.50 for shipping and insurance --- and there's no sign on the envelope of insurance coverage.
Boy, these farkers gouge you on shipping, and that's a BIG reason i don't buy much from there

If you pay for insurance and don't get it I would email that person and ask for the money back for it.
That has happened to me a couple of times on ebay where people "forgot" and I emailed them and I got my money back for it.Selling all my cards here updated as of May------------> Hidden Content

I must say I'm pretty happy with how Naxcom went on the trial run... got a couple of nice but cheap cards. I'm gonna explore a bit more...

I have now had to email customer service twice to ask about the $10 sign up bonus. My last reply came on 5/23 stating that within 72 hours (likely 24) that it would show up, but it has not. I just sent another followup to state I have not gotten anything in my account.
In browsing the site, it looks like it has potential, but since I do customer service for a living, I have to say that this is not a good start to my experience.
