    Calling It Quits.......

    Well after 20 years in the hobby I've decided to give it up!!!! To all those I've traded with in the past THANKS FOR EVERYTHING. To me right now the hobby has gone kinda sour, it's seems more of a competition than a hobby now. I guess with all the nice stuff coming out it has to be. I'm looking to dump ALL of it. Just so you guys know I won't let them go for cheap. Everything in my Bucket is all that I have. Most of them will end up on Ebay in the near future. Please no crappy offers.

    I hear ya, I am getting out after more than 20 years also for the same reason. I had the same post on here a few weeks back with no luck getting any deals so I have started the ebay dump. Most of the traders on here are only looking for great deals, can't say I blame them, but good luck. I have sold quite a few things on ebay over the last few weeks and am getting a good price for them so collectors are spending right now. Good luck to you and hopefully the hobby will bounce back one day and be just that, a hobby, and not the competition you mentioned.

    i think it is sad that people are not able to adapt to changing times... you said yourself that people are buying on the bay... the hobby has shifted and changed. The greatest ability any of us can have is the ability to adapt. Why not take the money from some of the sales and buy some more high end stuff?? Anyways just my two cents worth. It should be fun, so if its not its not....
