Settle down. I wasn't "pretending to know you", as I don't want/need to know you. You ALWAYS back the Warriors, and their players...COMMON SENSE led me to believe that you liked them. Plus the fact your obsessed with the Raiders and A's also led me to believe that. And yes, if he has been suspended, it does mean something in the All-Star game, b/c the NBA is trying to clean up their act, and I doubt they want "bad boys" in one of the biggest games of the year.

yao gets a ton of votes from china like ichiro in baseball, but this year he actually deserved it til he got hurt. look at his numbers. i just don't see shaq's numbers being deserving. time for the youth movement to take over. look at how many will be from the 03-04 draft class or newer.

But Baron Davis is anything but a "bad boy". He gets into the moment, yes, but he hasn't started any fights. Like Carmelo Anthony, and yet you think he should make it? Come on. That makes no sense. Baron Davis is definately deserving. Plus, the All Star is not even close to one of the biggest games. Have you ever watched one? The players don't even take it seriously. The Olympics mean more to them than the All Star game.

It would be more inclusive of the league (and probably draw better regional fan interest), to represent each team in the all star game (like the baseball all star game). Davis is deserving and should represent his team on the squad.

There is one problem with that, there aren't enough spots for each team to be represented. And a lot of teams are not deserving of such an honor.

Oh come on, don't you think it could be worked out, AND the fans would be behind it?

Well obviously the fans don't want there teams to be represented in the All Star game, or they would be. It would be very easy for one player in every team to be in the game, but the fans just don't want to see it. So no, I don't think the fans would be behind it.
