In my very first pack of the 97-98 SP Authentic series, I found this "Sign of the Times" Brent Barry auto:

The same scenario goes with my GU Jersey card, in my first pack of the 98-99 Upper Deck series, I found a Stephon Marbury GU Jersey card:

I even remember how the guy over the counter told me how I could make a down payment for house with this card (in a joking way of course). Man those were the days.

Also, even though it's not part of the thread, I would just like to share that in my VERY FIRST PACK of cards, which was the 96-97 SP series, I found this KOBE RC, in a lot of ways, this was the card that jump started my card addiction:

And while I'm at it, in my VERY LAST PACK of cards from a card shop, which was about 8 years ago, I pulled a 97-98 EX-2001 Credentials Now Damon Stoudamire 03/20. I've already sold it a few months ago for $80:

Don't have a scan but my first auto was Dominque Wilkins from Fleer.

These were my first game used: Pulled both Jordans and bought the Hill cards.

Several years ago, finally got the jersey card I really wanted when jersey cards were first coming out from Upper Deck:

I moved the first GU I ever got on ebay, it was a 2003 Pristine Generals Shawn Marion Jersey, I remember opening up the ebay account and becoming more advanced in the hobby. To this day I am getting more into the hobby and it all started with a $1.50 purchase on ebay...

My first jersey card came from a pack of $2.25 01-02 Topps TCC (Topps Champions and Contenders) that i bought at WHITE HEN pantry hahaaa

It was a finals material jersey of Jumaine Jones as a 76er.

As sad as it is I was actually really excited when i got this.

I'd be taking a guess between a few of them.
I do however remember my very first Dual/GU/Patch.
As for Autos 1 of my first is over in this weeks theme contest. (Augmon)
The one below is my very first Martin Auto.

i've never had much luck pulling out memorabilia cards out of packs. my 1st 2 GU'sed cards were bought off ebay at about the same time.

Deron Williams, My favorite Basketball player. (bought off ebay for around $5)

Pau Gasol, 1 of my favorite Basketball players. (bought off ebay for around $10)(my favorite card because its my only jersey card with 3 patches instead of the traditional 1 patch)

This is my 1st Auto card, i bought a lot of unknown cards off ebay for like $3 and got this auto in it.

    Steve Blake

These are the only Memorabilia Cards i have ever pulled out a pack.

    Kevin Garnett

    Amare Stoudemire/Joe Johnson
