Very true, I would never buy from someone under 100 or with many negatives. I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't get your money back and I hope this seller doesn't resurface again to screw other people.

Paypal is an Ebay company. They hardly ever give any refunds i have had that trouble.

EXACTLY!! I do that also...I don't have paypal because of what it has done to people and I don't want to be one of those people that lose money, because i don't have a lot of it , The largest thing I bought I think was lie $20...everyone should just stick to money orders or checks!!

i use my moms :) im not old enough for my own paypal account. the highest price item i have bought was $13 for my verlander dual patch /10

I've been screwed once by PayPal, although I should have known not to do business with the guy based on his feedback. Bought a 1969-70 Topps Wilt Chamberlain for about $22, and it never showed up. PayPal was only able to reclaim 13 cents. I found that more insulting than not getting anything back at all.

I too have been scammed!!! All you need to do is now Escalate the claim wait about a week and then call. State your case and usually they will credit your account the same day, its happened to me a few times, you just have too be respectful as they're here to help resolve the situation, try it.... Best of luck!

so... if the claim was closed, i should call and see what i can do about it? Hopefully the phone representatives of paypal are better than comcrap. And almost as nice as T-Mobile.
