I agree 100%. But whoever brought up the point about the card back being miscut had a valid point. I wrote on this card on my blog. Link in my sig.

What a poor blog. Poor spelling and you take the points of shilling and inside help as unreasonable accusations. But then talk about the back centering as though it was your thought.

Why make the SCF people look bad by saying there is something fishy but then not say that others on the SCF board brought up the back being off center? Which is a valid argument.

Reasons for for their first point is because the seller currently has 62 eBay listings that are all high end cards of key players with the best Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Albert Pujols and LeBron James rookies included. Many of these cards are also highly graded by Beckett.

Why not add that SCF reasons are also that the back is offcenter?? Are you his inside man?

Here is my opinion not that it matters much. lol

I have sent cards into becket grading and they did not grade due to centering on the back. If they do now, this is new.

This is just a guess but I think they stopped grading cards that were smaller than what they are supposed to be. I bought an Emmitt autograph card that looked nice and I wanted to grade it just to slab it, they sent it back and said the card had been altered. Wonderful!

As far as shilling his own auction that has a reserve on it....Why? To pay more fees when the auction doesnt sell for that high? I wouldnt think anyone would want to do that but I have seen some stranger things happen.

Anyways, it is a great looking card for the year as they are tough to find nice unless they are slabbed.

if i had 33k to spend on cards, i would buy like 1000's of highend stuff instead of 1 card. think if he got the card and there was a huge crease throgh the middle lmao

I was just messing with ya. Sometimes it might come across wrong in type but never take me serious LOL

Oh I didn't know they grade the backs. Now I know.

My montana looks worse in the scan for some reason. The bottom is all chipped and one corner slightly dinged on the top. But the scan makes all the corners look dinged and all the edges look chipped. Oh well I don't care.

He's not happy with $33,000.....In my mind NO CARD is worth that much....I'd rather buy a new car too, haha. Or even bust like 12 master cases of the cup hockey. Now were talking :)

Wow.... The seller was kind enough to lower the reserve price. Probably from $100,000 to $99,000.

Sad thing is, that card is very likely sheet cut, just like the 9.5 Gretzky. I'd love to sell it, but I wouldn't want to own it. Another 10 will pop either because another 81 sheet will be cut up or a 9.5 will get an in-holder bump or will get a little file job. Feel free to post that on your blog.

There is a part about SCF mentioning the off-center. It's down farther in the post. Perhaps you didn't read far enough?

And please, tell me where the spelling errors in that post are? I would really love to know.

Enovy, I might just add that to post. That is a very good insight.

I agree with Envoy. I'd love to sell it, but would never spend that much on it (or any single card for that matter) Buy low sell high yeeeeha.

Exactly! Sheet cut without a doubt.
