Biden mentioned two people and only by title: President and Attorney General. That's two repulicans, unless the number was trimmed, that's not all.

You do realize it is the Speaker of the House that congress the agenda for the House, right?
The Speaker is responsible for ensuring that the House passes legislation supported by the majority party. In pursuing this goal, the Speaker may utilize his or her power to determine when each bill reaches the floor. He or she also chairs the majority party's House steering committee. While the Speaker is the functioning head of the House majority party, the same is not true of the President pro tempore of the Senate, whose office is primarily ceremonial and honorary.
The Speaker's powers and duties extend beyond presiding in the chamber. In particular, the Speaker has great influence over the committee process. The Speaker selects nine of the thirteen members of the powerful Committee on Rules, subject to the approval of the conference of the majority party. (The remaining four members are chosen by the leadership of the minority party.) Furthermore, the Speaker appoints all members of select committees and conference committees. Moreover, when a bill is introduced, the Speaker determines which committee shall consider it
She is also behind the VP in line to the presidency.

The homeless population has dropped 25 percent over the past five years and they are certainly not the only Sanctuary City. I know SF politics are liberal, I want to know where you are coming from so I can understand why you would call them out. I want to know what exactly your problems are with it. (Side note have you ever been to SF?)
