Yes, Mike, I googled it! :)
But I assume you got the idea for this thread also from Youtube (or at least the interview in Feb 08 with the Texas Dem senator who got fried on the same question).
Just read this as an answer to your question:

    http://www.democraticunderground.com...ss=132x4678548

I can live with the Google! I would hope that the Obama supporters would know some of them off the top of their head.

It looks like a good link and appears that Obama has co-sponsored a few bills that the President has signed. Not a lot, but a few we can look at!

I like the first few; Pell Grant Increase, Transparency Act and Ethics Bill.

    Now on this:

None of those links show Obama authored that. All it shows is he made a statement on the passage. It appears he voted for it, but didn't author it.

I count a total of 6 items posted as Obama accomplishments. Of those, I only see 4 with his name on it and three of those were co-sponsored. So, I only see one that was introduced by Obama himself.

Not to belittle these, but none of these are major. I like three of them like the Pell Grant increase, transparency act and non-proliferation bills. I like that two were also co-sponsored with Republicans.

The only one that I can see he introduced himself is the Congo bill. Not a monster! :)

Overall, thanks for the link! I knew about the Coburn Bill and Pell Grant increase, but not the other two.

I'm not a finance major, that's daniel. It is $9.7 trillion, but the deficit has very little to do with anything. Do you actually think it will ever be greatly reduced, let alone paid off? Do you think people will quit trading with us if it's not? The national debt will continue to rise and other countries will continue to trade with us. I think if there is a magic number where other countries said "Wait a minute, they already owe quite a bit of money. Should we really be trading with them?", we passed it eons ago.

What I care about in regard to taxes is how much my family has to pay. Republicans at least try to lower the taxes when they can. Obama has openly said he is going to raise taxes. Yes, I know, only on the "rich"...but his idea of rich apparently starts at around $35,000 because that's where his tax increases start.

Is that your answer as to how Bush raised gas prices and caused the housing problems, because he "deals with the rich"? You're going to have to explain that one a little more.

No I just noticed this thread. You really must stop assuming because you look so silly as you continually post complete inaccuracies in my web surfing. It really is not that difficult. Just pick any search engine you want, type Barack Obama, select a website of worth and note, search accomplishments, type book report, move on with life.

cnn isn't a website of worth note

Everyone says we shouldn't be a racist nation and then we list as Obama's accomplishments that:

He was the first black president of the Harvard Law review
    Registered 150,000 black voters

I believe this speaks more to the disparity between black and white. His election took place in 1990. To me that is far too long. Can you really blame people for not registering into a system that has oppressed and held down their advancement for so long?

well, if i were to make a thread about his accomplishments, i would hope there were no reply's, except the rising gas, housing troubles and stuff, which to republicans seem fine by them because they deem McCain worthy of starting in his footsteps.

rising gas prices is liberals faults since they don't want to drill on us soil and drop the barrel price in half...

Read the thread. Not sure what the problem is? The title of the thread was "What are Obama's Accomplishments?" Seems some bills he authored were noted and bills he co-sponsored were noted. Looks to me like the original question was answered.
