ud customer service
Well they just drove me over the line, sent them my wrappers receipt and boxtop from a box of ud hobby.Just got a prefabricated letter guaranteeing nothing and everything is by average, once again noone signed it because they know i would call.Ah but here is where i get my revenge,I am gonna bombard there customer service with all the receipts and wrappers from this weekends purchases and I intend to keep doing so until i get some satisfaction. What these idiots in customer service don't realize is how much i spend on their products,I plan on calling them as soon as i'm done typing this and i'll let you guys know what happened.

only received 2 gu and not 3 plus no autograph,I didn't post the box break that's how upset i was.I am sick of them using that on average excuse as to not give you what should be in a box, sure i only paid 60 dollars for the box but when you take the autograph out of it that's what had me so upset. If it was missing just the 1 gu i wouldn't have cared.I spoke to barry in customer service he told me to mail back the letter plus my box from icons that i bought this weekend, although that had everything it should have and he said that he would take care of me.We shall see sorry for the rant take care Steve

Yea Aaron it definitely does,Not only did i get nothing but a letter from them the first time,Now i get to pay postage and he suggested send with dc,So for probably a 3 dollar gu it has already cost me 4 plus dollars in postage.I'm not gonna say I won't buy their products anymore if they don't treat me right but I won't be buying as much of them. take care Steve

to bad Steve, always happens to the good people of the hobby, maybe you should stick to there retail boxes
you buy from them enough, that they should care more. the on average is CRAP. i have never gone under the odds, but i have 2 ud future stars baseball boxes and a 07-08 upper deck west basketball box coming tommorow, and the future stars has 5 autos each on average and ud has 2 gu's and 1 auto on average. hopefully i'm not shorted, but wouldnt mind extra hits :)

Dan it wouldn't bother me if it said it had only 1 gu and autograph with the possibility of more,But this on average plays to their advantage because they can screw the consumer with no recourse.Because they'll say well the box says on average and throughout the whole production run 9 of 10 boxes will have that average, but the poor sucker who gets that 10th box is screwed.I'm sure if someone took it to the better business bureau or small claims court they would win because most people would side with the consumer.Sorry for the long response,If you couldn't tell I'm slightly irritated by the letter I got.Take care Steve.
