i hear you. i just read horror stories sometimes where people bust boxes and most of the boxes are shorted hits. i'll definitely be saving all the wrappings that go with it. hell, i may even video it as an insurance policy.

Steve I know the exact Barry guy your dealing with. I dealt with him a few years ago while trying to redeem a card, that took nearly 2 years to get. Then I finally get the card and its damaged. So I call him up, for him to want me to shipped the card back to them.

So another few weeks go by, and I recieved another card back, lower in value than the one damaged and a few retail packs, I was quite pissed off at them. But kind of left it at that, do to mainly tired of dealing with the same idiot.

i also got stuck with UD last year too. Redeemed a Jeter Premier auto and it came damaged. Sent it back and waited 2 months for them to send it back to me with 10 packs of artifacts. Definitely sucked.

just a followup, the case came in and it "looks fine". i got home late so i only broke one box. cards look relatively fine. stoked that i got a gold auto but unfortunately it's of caldwell from the bengals. anyway, i'll post the break and any complaining probably tomorrow or the weekend in the breaks section. thx
