They screwed me too. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they ended up getting a negative rating for it. I will never buy an Upperdeck product again. They are a poor excuse for a company and are basically thieves with a business license in my opinion.

Well they just drove me over the line,sent them my wrappers receipt and boxtop from a box of ud hobby.Just got a prefabricated letter guaranteeing nothing and everything is by average,once again noone signed it because they know i would call.Ah but here is where i get my revenge,I am gonna bombard there customer service with all the receipts and wrappers from this weekends purchases and I intend to keep doing so until i get some satisfaction.What these idiots in customer service don't realize is how much i spend on their products,I plan on calling them as soon as i'm done typing this and i'll let you guys know what happened.

think we've all been through this. At one point Vikingfan and I had "Friends don't let friends buy UpperDeck" for avatars.

They mess over so many people. 2005 SPA Scripts for success we collected all those auto's and come to find out Carlos Rogers redemption was never produced because he never signed any of them.

2005 Sweet Spot Dual panel Sigs redemption for Peyton Manning/ Kosar /10 was told many a time I would never get the card and they sent replacements for it (dont ask) 2 months later that card (manning/kosar dual) 10/10 shows up at my door.

Their Customer service is beyond horrible. Pretty sure it's on the same level as Beckett's web designers.

UD is the main reason I went to collecting just a master set from topps. Everytime I broke UD i never got the stated odds.

All I can say is that I am glad Donruss comes back to Baseball in OCT. Finally I get to break some baseball stuff.
