People who don't know how to manage their lights on a vehicle. Could be the brights left on/turned off late. Or it could be driving with parking and fog lights on when the need is not there.
Lets also add the people who speed up 20-25 MPH just to get around you and then turn 20-25 feet down the road when there is nobody behind you to begin with.
Lets edit in this one as well. People who don't know how to travel in conditions that involve moisture. Happens with both the rain and the snow up here. Get a dusting of snow and people drive 40 MPH in a 55

That one drives me nuts too! I've been driving in Ohio conditions (bad rain and lots of snow) for years and I just moved down here to Texas. When it rains, people drive like there's a freaking monsoon. I swear, it drives me crazy. You'd think I was having a high speed chase with the police at the rate I'm going compared to them but no, sure enough, just going a bit over the speed limit.

Crotch Rockets on curvy mountainous roads. They drive 85 or higher and either die or just about every time they are on those roads. For the most part Cops have stopped chasing them because the bikers were running and their speeds were really climbing and then they were scrapping them up with a spatula.
People who drive side by side blocking both lanes and do this for miles. I almost explode by the time I am able to pass.
When a police car appears everyone slows down to below the speed limit. Guess what they aren't there to stop you from doing the speed limit. If they go faster keep up with them, I do.

On the day of the first snowfall, people who have driven in the white stuff their entire life suddenly forget that it is slippery. Seriously, this only lasts one day, but it is ridiculous for those 24 hours.
And people texting. Pay attention to the road. Please.

We have a lot of bikers (as in bicycle) out here doing that as well - obviously downhill. But when I'm driving up those two-lane winding roads I almost always see some jacka$$ in a spandex biking outfit looking like he is about to try out for the Tour-de-France, fly by me going around 60 or so. You see a lot of these idiots crumpled up on the side of the road on the way back.

Today I was driving down a two lane road and was driven insane by this...
The guy in front of me is going like 5 under the speed limit, which annoys me in the first place. Now, I'm on the inside lane, so I'm looking to move to the right and get around him. I look to my right over my shoulder and low and behold, there's another idiot going 5 under, blocking my attempt to pass. I'm stuck in this situation for seemingly hours (it was like 20 seconds). I HATE that.

This is correct. The speed "limit" is actually a guideline; you can go up to 9 MPH over it in every place I have ever seen. It's only driving 10+ over when a person is likely to get stopped.
