Paul Walker is certainly atrocious. I can't really think of a good Captain America.

I enjoyed that one too. And I liked Boiler Room, although I guess that's not technically considered a "Vin Diesel movie"

That's what I've heard...but after xXx, I vowed never to give him a dime of my money again!

McConaughey would be terrible. Let him stick to watered-down chick flicks.
I don't think an unknown should play him though. I agree the role should be given to someone who has proven he is a decent actor.
Someone like Josh Hartnett could fit as Captain America. If you want a relatively unknown guy, I liked Thomas Jane in The Punisher.

Not sure who should do Cap. But I'd like to see someone like the guy who did the new Superman. Have him make the Capt his! Plus he would probably sign on for more than one unlike other big names. I mean I cringed when I heard Topher Grace was gonna be Eddie Brock (VENOM) but he pulled it off. Be looking for a few other cross overs shortly.
Ironman and The Hulk have both had mention of Nick Fury and both had Downey Jr reprising his Stark role!!!! Maybe some kind of Infinity Wars storyline with a ton of characters.

Don't laugh but I think Brad Pitt would be a great Captain America

I couldn't believe when they had Samuel Jackson play Nick Fury. Come on Nick Fury and the Howlin' Commandoes, wth rolled over on that one.
