AI to Detroit!!!
If any of you were watching first take this morning, I just heard that Allen Iverson is going to be traded to Detroit for Chauncey Billups and I believe they said Antonio McDyess too.

i feel detroit is getting the better out of that deal, even in his prime billups was no iverson...........

I'm not sold on this trade. I like A.I., but I think giving up Billups and McDyess is a bit too much. Both have been anchors to Detroit's success.

This will destroy the Pistons. Billups is no AI but he had a good chemistry in Detroit. Now its going to be a bad seed trying to "lead" a team with only Rip and Big Sheed(who is no saint himself). This opens the door for a lot of other teams in the East.

you know after listening to Steve A Smith in that video clip, this has got to be the first time i can actually agree with him on his scenario and outlook of this potential deal, he's right as far as saying iverson is not a True Point Guard and is a scoring machine and chauncey billups is a point guard and thats what denver need's so i see this being a good deal on both end's iverson like he said is coming to the end of his career and likewise with billups so lets wait it out and see whats gonna happen.
Collecting All Current Las Vegas Raiders, Carmelo Anthony, Ken Griffey Jr, Bo Jackson, Frank Thomas.
plus many more, Also any Legend or HOF raider players as well.

You must be joking about that. Detroit will still be one of the top teams in the East. I just don't know how they will do in the playoffs.

I dont know how this will work out for the Pistons.
AI is a SG not a PG even though he could do PG if he wants to.
Either way, if that does not work out, Pistons can let him go at the end of the season and have much salary cap to work something out.
Does anyone know how many years Billups & McDyess has left on their contract?
This trade is actually pretty funny as Billups and McDyess both played for the Nuggets before.
