Where in north GA are you going? I'm in NC, but only 15 miles from the GA line.
For some amazingly dumb reason, I have absolutely 0 pics of my deer. I got a nice 8 point last year, my biggest ever. I'm psyched about this fall too...always love getting out in the woods and having a nice little hunting vacation.

The next year when we went up to Alaska my older brother caught a 198lb Halibut. Th captain shot the thing before he brought it into the fish basket on the back of the boat. The thing was huge but nothing close to the larger ones they catch. They have a halibut derby in Homer and the largest one wins the pot. I think that year the one that won was 475 lbs.

I would love to fish Alaska!...Halibut is some of the best eating fish there is also...Have you ever seen Larry Csonka fishing Alaska and catching those world class Halibuts?...If not, you need catch that sometime on the Outdoor channel.

I've never seen that show, but it's a great place to vacation. My brother lives up there and I've been 4 times. Three in the summer months. Halibut fishing was one of the highlights. Arctic Grayling fishing on the Haul Road was fun as well. I only fished for King Salmon a couple of times but we just missed the run. My brother has caught a handful since he's been up there. They are monsters.

Played guitar for about 6 years, haven't really played in a long time, kind of got away from it, especially after my favorite guitar was stolen at a gig.
