here is the site rule:
15. Must Send First Rule. Any trader with less than 20 positive feedback will be required to to send first regardless of buying, selling or trading, unless a team manager or assistant team manager is willing to vouch for the trader under 20 feedbacks. The staff member that does vouch for a trader under 20 feedback is willing to back the trade if something goes wrong, with that in mind it would be of benefit to everybody to purchase INS on the package or DC at the bare minimal if a staff member is vouching for you.
A trader assigned a must send first tag/badge on the forums is a trader who has been found to have multiple trading issues here on SCF or another website. Regardless of the type of transaction (buy, trade or sell), this trader must send first at all times. With this badge on it also means that a new member does not send first to a trader with a must send first tag/badge on the forums.
If both trading parties are under the 20 feedback mark, the transaction will be sent at the same time. No feedback count is better then the other when both are under 20 feedbacks on SCF. Although getting to 20 feedbacks is a lot, it is here as a protection measurement and not as punishment for signing up.
If 20+ feedbacks has been transferred from another confirmed site, then the member does not have to send first and the MSF message which appears under their name in the trade manager can be ignored. This does NOT apply to a trader with the must send first tag/badge.
people who have a "must send first" tag because of issues on the site have to send first regardless of the other members status as long the member they are dealing with does not have the "MSF" for issues on the site as well.

What if I send my highend card to a trader with a very high reputation, 200+ feedback, and when that person gets it the buyer sends me the paypal or something like that...idk just dont like sending a highend card first, b/c of the reason i received the MSF tag its kind of ridiculous.

im not saying i go against all the rules on this site, but i wouldnt care about this rule at all. there should be an amendment anyway. when i was under 20, i would ask people if they would send money first, and they had no problem with this. so if the other party doesnt mind, then who cares about the rule???
i say there needs to be an amendment. im the type of trader that even if a member is a MSF, if they have as many trades as contenders does, im comfortable with it. however, if a member is a MSF because their new, im leary because they have no resputation.
The reason behind contenders MSF is ify. I think this should have been maybe a one month stipulation. not carried on this long. he did complete the trade and has completed many since as a MSF. and everyone knows the holiday season is busy; plus weather, PO troubles during the holidays, and things come up.
im with you on this contenders. i think you should contact the mods and figure out what needs to be done to remove your tag.

could agree with you more on the 1 month stipulation. a forever MSF tag should be given if the trader actually did not get the trade done and paypal and other means would be involved.

you dont have to choose to abide by that rule.... if you want to send the same time as a "MSF" trader no one is going to stop you but if something goes wrong with the trade there is nothing we can do about it.
