I don't know why people are jumping on Bettman so much, especially when he has little to do with this issue since its everyone's teams owners are the ones that have to approve any bid on an NHL team. And its not just U.S. owners hoping not to lose a U.S. team, its also Canadian owners hoping not to get another team in order to not lose any fan base
