If your winning and the shot clock is off, then yes you lay down.

If your winning by double digits and there's 2 seconds left in the shot clock with 10 seconds left in the game...you take that shot. Why eat the turnover.
The losing team has to show they will play to the very end.

That's kind of hypocritical....
You blame Cleveland fans for being too confident; when you yourself was. Just because your team won, doesn't mean you can bash the losing team for being confident. Are fans really fans when they ain't confident in their own team? Let's get real....
I'm not a fan of Cleveland or Lakers. And I don't mind Sasha or Dwight jacking up a shot even though they were winning. It doesn't matter. Why do people care? It's one of those stupid taboos that has no reasoning behind it.

lol when i go to Bulls games they do a thing where of the Bulls score 100 points or more and win, then everyone gets a free big mac from McDonalds.
I went to the game and they were winning 99-85, they had the ball with 10 secs left and Ben Gordon wouldnt shoot it just to get over 100 points, i was mad lol (along with alot of pther people yelling at him to shoot).
^^^ that is the only time i wanted someone to shoot the ball when up by that much with that much time left.
other than that, they shouldnt shoot it.
Way off topic here but isnt it sorta the same thing when hockey players score an empty net goal at the end of the game when there is like 10 seconds left and they are already up by two?

No no no I'm not as confident as the Cavs fan. I was just confident in the Rockets and Jazz series. When i saw that we played the Nuggets you can even see that i said they had a shot. I was even surprised the Lakers won game 6, so you can't say i was confident. I never put the Lakers in the finals, unlike most of the Cav fans.
And to answer your question about why people care, is because they put money on games. Sasha's three that he MADE cost people some big bucks when they picked the under.

How many of us have ever got caught up in the moment and said or done something that we should not have? I would hope if one is able to judge another person (someone that they really don’t even know) that they have never made a mistake themselves...
