Varejao is better defensivly though because he is the biggest flopper in the game, Sheeds defence is garbage, and your coach preaches defense..Sheed is weak when someone drives in the lane..we all know and saw thatHidden Content

He said that he would consider signing an extension this off-season...that is more than he has ever said about going to New York.

He's said in MANY interviews...
"I've never once said I'll leave Cleveland. And anyone who thinks otherwise is looking up the wrong tree. I love it here. The fans are incredible, and this is my hometown."
What's that sound like to you?
Doesn't sound like someone who's eager to get out of Cleveland.
Besides, the current Cavs team gives him a 100x better chance at building a DYNASTY than him leaving for any team OTHER than the Lakers.

What about the Suns fans here? Im upset because Shaq for Broke Legged Ben Wallace and crybaby Shasha Pavlo***** doesnt make any sense! Not even cap-wise. If we get Delonte West the Suns wont keep him anyway, we got Jason Richardson and Leandro Barbosa at SG. Dont worry Delonte West lovers I dont think this mockery of a trade will go through. Not even Steve Kerr is dumb enough to let this happen. The trade might happen if we had Jerry West at GM and Pau Gasol was the guy being traded. LOL

We aren't looking for a defender to stop people from driving in the lane, we are looking for someone to slow down Dwight Howard, and if I remember correctly, didn't the Pistons and Sheed give Howard trouble every time they played each other?

You are correct, the Pistons gave them problems, but the Magic without Hedo wont help them at all, and i dont think they can sign Hedo, Rashard Lewis got a max deal i believe, and they need money for Dwight, if Hedo leaves its a major blow and they will not be contenders in my opinion

It doesn't take much to be contenders in the East. Even without Hedo they still are the third best team in the East. Personally I think Hedo is a liability in the 4th quarter, just not a small player and he doesn't know how to play in late games with the lead. More on topic, I believe if the Cavs had Shaq, they would have made the finals with ease, but still wouldn't have beat LA. And with Garnett coming back for the Celts next year the Cavs have to do something just to be able to beat them as well, Lebron isn't going to do it himself.

The Magic will still be a playoff team I'm pretty sure, and if they meet in the playoffs, Sheed can slow down Howard at least. And if he can slow down Howard, he can certainly slow down Perkins against Boston. This Cavs team was programmed to beat Boston, they didn't expect Orlando to have the year they did, which is why they lost. Now they are programming themselves for Orlando, and Sheed is what they are looking for in that department. I think they could trade for someone better all around, but if Sheed is willing to sign our MLE and make up with Lebron and Ilgauskas for the past issues, I'll welcome him with open arms. What would work out best and be realistic at the same time is if we traded Ben and Sasha for Tyson Chandler and then sign Sheed or Villanueva.

Magic - Hedo = no longer a championship contender.
