X Box Nightmare
So someone got into my X Box 360 account and charged 5000 points. That's $62.50 in cash. So I call X Box to find out whats going on and they inform me I can't get a refund on the unused unauothrized points and to contact my bank. SO I call the bank and my personal banker and myself call X Box and see whats going on. The lady at X Box tells us both that since the points where not used she can give me a refund in 72 hours. So today I call to see how my refund is coming along and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I have the call ID number and everything. So I call the bank and we call again. Now they are telling me and my banker they have no record of the call and that they have to investigate and get back to me in 5 to 10 days. So I had to cancel my credit card. My X Box account is locked until they are done invetigating and I may never get my money back... They have the WORST SERVICE EVER..... I have had so many problems with them.. I did file a compaint with Netflix, the BBB, and the Microsoft head office.. Thanks for listening and good luck if you ever have to deal with them... O and Buy a PS 3..

yeah microsoft sucks, i got a RROD which is a manufacturing error and they don't fix it for free ™™™

I tried to cancel my month-to-month live subscription a few weeks ago and I'll have to agree with you. Their customer service SUCKS. Not only could I not understand the guy from India that they had talking to me but my credit card was charged for the next month after the guy said he cancelled it. Unacceptable.

thats what happened to me but then my parents just got me a Xbox 360 Elite and I then sold the one with the RROD for $100 Dlvd on ebay and I got to keep the money..so....yea

Oh, the day I cancel my XBOX Live subscription I'm calling my bank to make sure they don't charge me anymore. They customer service is horrible for having such a great online community and set up.

I'm sorry that everyone is having such bad times with them.. I filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank. So I hope I get a refund and I will Never Buy a Microsoft product ever again..

It took my dad over an hour to just get his credit card off of the xbox servers and he was so mad after because they were horrible.
But why did u file a complaint against Netflix?

I filed a complaint with Netflix against X Box. I think Netflix has every right to know that the people they do buisness with conduct themselves in the wrong manner. I know I would want to know if people I work with are lieing to people..
