Ur wrong, xbox online just keeps getting better. The connection on the PS3 is horrible and always has a lag. I know 5 of my friends sold theirs because the online play was horrible.
They dont have netflix compatible with the PS3 unlike the xbox360, they have so many arcade games and you can get in private chats with a group of all your friends while playing different games.

It should be better. You have to pay for it.. And You pay for Netflix.. And its not like the Arcade games are free. Ps3 is better just on the fact that I never had any problems with Sony.. My PS2 never broke until I had it for 7 years.. And my X Box broke after 6 months.. And X Box has lied several times to me and my bank over the phone.. And they Don't care..

who cares if the online if free for the PS3, it's still crap. I dont mind paying $30 for legit features on my console.

First thing.. You never said that..
2nd thing it doesn't matter how good it is if you can't use it..
I like X Box online.. But when someone hacks your account spends your money. Then you call them to get it fixed and they promise you a refund. Then turn around 4 days later and tell you that call never happened.. Thats when I have a problem.. They lied to me and my bank. My personal banker and I called them on a 3 way call.. So they have lied to me and my bank. But guess what they don't care.. They got the money and I still have not used the points so they are ahead.. The place is full of a bunch of stupid people.. That don't care about the costumer.. And don't know about the product.. When my X Box broke I sent it in. Guess what it was fine.. So they said send in your Power supply... Guess what it was fine.. So I got online did some looking around and all I needed to do was unplug it from the power strip and into the wall. You think they ever thought of that in the 5 calls I made to them. No, they don't know the product and don't care about the people they sell it to.. Then a week later red rings....

but somehow... about 4% of people feel as if xbox is STILL better?? ive never had an xbox... ive played them, not impressed at all... would rather have a DREAMCAST than an xbox lol. sucks to hear about that again man. hackers find insane ways to get into ppl's "secure" accounts..

I did say the xbox360 online was better than ps3. This is what i'm trying to prove.

Okay because you got hacked, makes xbox horrible? Not everyone gets hacked only a few people because they don't know how to control their account and they enter all username and stuff on websites to try and get free stuff, that's what happen. There is no way to get hacked from just playing online.

What does customer service have to do with online? who cares about their customer service, i've never had to contact them so i don't really care what service they have. I enjoy their online play, the dashboard is amazing. Just the ways to interact with your friends on the console is just amazing.

But i didn't know customer service about broken xbox360s is the reason PS3 online play is better
