I know what you are trying to say here in the latest posts gsil... If you are paying for their service, that should include CUSTOMER service as well. You get what you pay for and the 360 offers a better online experience then the ps3(I have enjoyed Sony and will continue to support their products thanks to a stronger lifespan. I do currently own a ps3.). I honestly have heard very little about ps3 connectivity issues that your speaking of Jersey. When there is a lag/connectivity issue to the ps3, it is with the independent servers that are used for online gaming and not something that Sony has done. The biggest thing I can relate to what you are speaking would be the firmware upgrades that take a pretty hefty time for a lot of users compared to the 360.
On a related subject to the original post.... My uncle got rid of his 360 and canceled his bank card on file. Somehow they were still able to charge his bank card for a 3 month update on his subscription when it was canceled for a few months all ready.

I cancelled my card also. And my bank in filling a complaint with the Microsoft head office..

I have both systems and they both have their advantages. The PS3 has the Blu-ray player so that is a huge advantage right there. The PS3 network used to be horrible but now I have no problems with it at all. I never have lag and connect to games quick, easy, and free.
The other thing I love is that I use my PS3 as a media server. I stream videos that I have downloaded or ripped to my computer to my PS3 and watch them on my tv. I love that feature. If I only had one I would choose the PS3 without a doubt.

My Xbox 360 got the Red Rings of death, I fixed it with Electrical tape, Heat Transfer Compound and Eight Pennies. It works great!

So today X box. Takes all the points they charged me for. Still no Refund and Canceled my Gold membership 7 Months early..
