I just noticed something about the 20 Years of Greatness subset for the Wayner - they completely ignored that little stint in St. Louis. Set goes right from LA to the Rangers.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Makes you wonder if TGO has something against signing Blooooos cards?

I saw that too. I was just chalking it up to the fact that his spent most of that year in LA.... so technically, nothing was wrong.
I do wonder if Prime's comments might be more in line with what the actual deal is.

Indeed it does. I know that a lot of folks try to block that time out of the memory banks as hard as many Canucks fans try to forget that Mark Messier was once a 'Nucklehead, but it did happen right?
Granted, if we're looking at 20 years of greatness, I can see why they'd want to overlook 3 months of mediocrity.

The Bruins are very poorly represented in this year's CUP release. I was hoping to see a Cheevers, Thomas or Bucyk Limited Logos. Speaking of Tim Thomas, how is it possible that one of the most popular goalies in the league isn't even represented with a base card?

Apparently there's some big-time issues (i.e. UD not sending the cheques) between Cheevers and UD, so don't expect to see anything of his anytime soon.

LOL, you guys think that is just applicable to Cheevers? Start looking who IS in The Cup and who ISN'T and you might see a pattern...........

Oh he's definitely not the only one, but the duder above asked about Cheevers so I did what I could. LOL
There's quite a bit of notable names absent this year, none moreso of course than one Alex Ovechkin.
