i actually agree with al sharpton more times than not, but i agree with you here titan that he's just looking to get his name attached to something...there really is no need at all for Sharpton to do this, because there is no way 24 of the other 31 owners would approve Rush

I dont think they can block it. I dont think Rush is wealthy enough to own a significant portion of an NFL team. I doubt he's a Billionare or anywhere close to being one. I think he will just own a little portion of it like J-Lo with the Dolphins. I think its just media hype from there. I'm guessing Rush is just working out a deal where he can play some kind of management role with the team.

i know you guys hate al sharpton as much as some people hate rush...maybe they are just both misunderstood
to me, they are pretty much the same person, standing up against different things

Not the same. On the surface, Al Sharpton's motives seem worthy enough. Once you start to pay attention to him and understand what he is all about, it becomes clear that he is a fraud. Rush is portrayed as a mean, racist, Hate Monger. Once you stop seeing him through the media's filter, you realize that he is nothing like the negative image you had of him. Sharpton is desperate for media attention. I doubt Rush wants the attention he gets.

They are similar...but Rush is always in the news because he has a radio show and says controversial things. Al doesn't have a radio show (that I know of), he just makes a point to insert himself in the news. And it's almost never for anything positive...

I think he does have a radio Show. Its just sattelite radio or something.
