I don't do ebay from a selling perspective as you know anyone can screw anytime they want especially on low deals which your not going to track. If you track just include it in your shipping charge. Another reason why many folks stay south or north of the border which only hurts all the hobbyist.

Ebay is brutal because there is NO customer service. If you have a problem there is NO one from ebay that you can contact.

I have noticed this a lot lately too. Normally it seems like if I order a card from Canada it takes about 2 weeks. I just was looking at my buyer profile on ebay and realized I have 3 cards that were bought 3+ weeks ago from Canada that I have not received. Maybe its because of the holidays? But I have noticed that moving stuff in and out of Canada has been drastically slower lately.

Talk about weird timing. I just had 2 buyers from Canada e-mailing me asking me where their cards are. Wonderful! One was mailed on the 13th, the other the 17th. The regular small green customs form I use, which starts off with LC only shows the time and date of when the Post Office accepted my package (it's not the registered mail one where you can actually track it, that costs an extra $11). I already told them to be patient, as things going up to Canada are taking well over 2 weeks to be delivered.

Me too. A couple of years ago, my account was hacked (not sure how) and was then used to bid on a $100,000 backhoe AND about $75,000 worth of backhoe accessories.

Ebay locked my account down, I got into the online help, and I was back up and running within 15 minutes. Ebay contacted the sellers of the items my account has been used to bid on, explained the circumstances, and I had no problems because of it. I couldn't have imagined it being any easier to deal with them.

Trying to find the support number but all I can find is "email us". Can anyone provide it?

Also see from my message trail on this case that Ebay broke their own Security Policy. Ebay asked him for his phone number, which he provided, and they asked him if this can be shared with me which he said No. His number is on the trail of emails. I let them know that too. Do you feel any safer with your info? I sure don't.

I placed a bid on a motorcycle once, well...it wasn't me that did it. But still, I feel your pain
