Tboculosis 2010 IP Thread
Yes, the new year is underway and I wasted no time to kick start my first graphing of the year. Not sure if I'll be able to top off last year, but we shall see. So without further ado, attended the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show out in Novi, MI today since I'm a big sports bike enthusiast. Got a couple members of the Ducati freestyle stunt bike team who were there for a mini exhibition, Ernie Vigil and Nick Brocha, to sign a mini poster print for me. Also made a special appearance there was UFC fighter, Kendall "Da Spyder" Grove, so got Kendall to sign my 2009 Topps trading card and a Tapout promo 8 x 10 photo for me. Pretty cool guy, so I requested him to include his nickname of "Da Spyder" on the photo, which he obliged. He also told me that his next fight will be in March, so I wished him good luck and that I'll be tuning in to that PPV then.

Yeap, I know about Jerebko appearing as the guest on the "Pistons Tonight" radio show going on this Wednesday. I'll most likely stop by to grab something to bite as well as for the show on that day.

Nope, didn't attend the radio show as I came down with a cold. Still recovering, but will be attending the Pistons vs. Knicks game tonight. Probably will be graphing the Knicks though.

1/16/10
Attended the Detroit Pistons vs. New York Knicks game at the Palace of Auburn Hills tonight. Arrived there an hour and a half early so I could 'graph the visiting Knicks at their entrance tunnel. Got the following to sign for me after pregame shoot around:
Jordan Hill - 1/1 ticket (also got Marcus Landry to sign it as well)
Danilo Gallinari - 1/1 trading card
Nate Robinson - 1/1 trading card
Chris Duhon - 1/1 trading card
Wilson Chandler - 1/1 trading card
Larry Hughes - 1/1 trading card
Knicks' assistant coach, Herb Williams - 1/1 trading card
Al Harrington - 1/1 trading card
Basically, racked up all the players who came out for pregame shoot around for the Knicks. Missed out on Walt "Clyde" Frazier, as he came out from the Pistons' entrance tunnel over to the commentators' table. Ben Gordon, Tayshaun Prince, and Rip Hamilton came out for pregame shoot around and probably signed as they were leaving to the back, but couldn't do anything, but watch as I was just graphing the Knicks. Also got former Piston, James Edwards, to sign a promo 8 x 10 photo as he was doing a meet and greet session during the 1st quarter of the game over on the concourse of the Comcast Pavillion section of the Palace. Asked if he could add the inscription of "Buddha" on it, which he obliged. Overall, great night with the Pistons also picking up the win and most definitely can't wait for my next game.Last edited by tboculosis; 10-02-2010 at 05:00 PM.
