My problem is that there is no customer service at panini where redemptions are concerned. All my redemptions since panini has taken over has well exceeded the wait time for them to be fullfilled. After numerous attempts to get responses, or should I say failed attempts, I can't even get replacements. Oh, I did get one. Even though the player was mid-level at best, they sent me a card from score (their lowest level product), and may I add no serial number, for a card from Classics #'ed to 99. How is that of equal value? And yes, I have stopped supporting panini, and will be closing my account on their website when and if I ever get the half dozen or so redemptions that are currently not fullfilled. Two of which are well over six months old, and I have asked for replacements almost a month ago. I have been a supporter of donruss products for over thirty years and I am sorry to have seen what panini has done since they have taken over. Quality and value has declined. The serial numbering for the many versions of the same card make no since. You can have just a jersey version of a card with a #/10 and a patch/auto version of the same card numbered to 25. Anyways there's my rant, and where I stand on panini products.

1. player may not have returned the batch of Zenith or Luxury Suite but did return the batch of Dominion. (ie. cards for Zenith and Luxury Suite were sent during the NHL season when said player is busy and sets them aside. said player receives Dominion cards beginning of summer when he's not busy and decides to just take care of it then while he can.)
2. player has returned the Zenith and Luxury Suite cards but Panini was busy packing out Dominion and will now return to sending out redemptions.
3. Panini may have actually produced the Dominion cards first and sent them out to be returned. it does make sense that they would pay the most attention to their biggest product.

Yep. Called on a Marcus Johansson 2 months old...and yep, it was in. Why they aren't on top of this, I don't know, but it goes out today. Better late than never.

I called Customer Support 1 (817) 662-5203 and they answered after 1 ring and let me know that the cards I'm waiting for are still not ready. It appears to be waiting on the player (Regin). I really hope these are hard signed auto cards if I have to wait this long. Especially since he's had sticker autos in products AFTER these cards were released as redemptions. I just want my Heirs to the Throne auto jersey prime /10 and regular /50 :(

Hey, at least none of you have waited 9 months for a STICKER auto redemption from Panini from their spokesman, asked for a replacement, got a box as part of the replacement value, and then have 2 hits missing from the box that was intended to cover part of the replacement value...because I have!

Hey Max,
Best time to reach them is early in the AM. Their phone lines open at 8:30am Central time which I think is 9:30am our time.
I phone them at 10:30am this morning. Got a busy signal for the first 10 tries, but then I got through and I was on hold for no more than 2 minutes. I have to give it to them, some redemptions take an awful lot of time, but their customer service reps do a very good job.
