What silliness, the company is a fully joke. How anyone, who cares, to work for a company that treats customers this way. I guess they don't care. Tools!

Just called them, was on the phone for a total of 2 minutes and 34 seconds including menus. Got right through, the lady asked if I wanted replacements for my 2 redemptions, I said yes. She told me she'd put them through and I'd get them in a few weeks.
Well THAT was easy :P

i had a ud redemtion that i redeemed 13 weeks, in a PRIORITY REDEMTION CENTER) nothing has come in
also have a panini redemtion and nothing in 13 weeks.
pretty sad on both companies, not just panini

13 weeks is nothing. That is 3 months. Try almost a year. That is something. 13 weeks is standard.

ya, but 13 weeks is still long
these cards are live, all they have to do is ship it.
shipping doesnt take that long.....

That is what I thought as well but I am still waiting for the replacement card. Thank God I wasn't holding my breath because I would be a bit blue faced right now. I do hope it is better for you though.

I'm waiting since April, for a Stamkos Auto /10 and a Sedin Auto /25. Seven cards in total are pending. 8 months are soon over. I'm not able to call an american service hotline. This company is a joke. woulndt be surprised if I end up with nada.. burning my money would probably have been funnier than this ridiculous procedure

Hey, at least we can discuss our issues with Panini on the Panini Discussion Board, right? right?...oh wait, they ordered for it to be taken down.
