So any advice about a seller who refuses to complete a sale. I won this auction and the seller has refunded my payment claiming he doesn't want to sell anymore: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/321143418480?...ht_1070wt_1140 Anyone ever run into this or any advice on what I can do to complete the transaction?

Other than actually opening the packs and resealing them, how does this seller guarantee a rookie patch auto?

thats exacly what i always wondered and thought!! Other than opening and re sealing,how on earth do they knw!! Like these sellers or the guys from packsearchers.com!!! how?! Do they have a see thru magic thingy they can see inside?? Or a tiny tiny camera that goes inside the pack (like how the plumbers look inside toilets,lol)

anyways iff someone can clarify that it would b amazing,i cant believe people like ****1988 paid +$130 for these 05/06 packs!!! Shockerrrrrr

Weird!! What was his reason? Guess he sold it to someone else?! Did he offer to send u a freebie in order to put a smile on ur face and avoid negative? Or he didnt give a rat?! That was a nice lot at a decent price,sux but wut can u do....gd luck,hope u find another lot ;)

The explanation provided is that he has decided he doesn't want to sell the cards after all, simple as that. Here is our exchange of messages:

I really apologize for the inconvenience. Long story short I was trying to sell before a certain time and when the auction finished, it was passed that. You can leave negative feedback if you want, I will understand. I issued the refund to you yesterday so you should get that soon. Again, Im sorry I should of never posted it for sale if i wasnt 100% sure i wanted to sell it.

Why are you refusing to honor this purchase? I really don't want to leave negative feedback, but when you list an item on Ebay you are agreeing to sell it if a bid is placed that meets the reserve. I am also a seller on here and have had items not sell for what I wanted but I honored my agreement with the buyer and ebay and completed the sale. Please advise if you are going to honour your obligations or if I have to take action through Ebay on this matter.

I've decided to leave a negative feedback stating that he refuses to complete and move on. Between that and the Ebay fees he will have to pay on the transaction, I'm not sure that there is anything else I can do. Even if he decides to complete the transaction now, I'm skeptical that he will actually send the cards but more likely will not send, claim they must have gotten lost in the mail, and refund me again. I'd avoid everyone to be cautious with this seller.

I'd never send somebody with 27 Feedbacks and only two transactions in 3 months a 25 cent piece, let alone $800.00.

You are lucky that your money has not been tied-up in Paypal investigation for the next 2 months. You are very lucky that this kid is honest, and refunded immediately before it turned into a Gong-Show for you.
