Is this Shill Bidding?
there a Shea Weber The Cup Rookie on EBay. the card is now at 355.00$. when you look at the list of bidders, the one with 63 feedbacks has 42 bid retractions in the last month. The seller was looking for 800.00$ last week. Found this suspicious, LMK your thoughts about this.

42 bid retractions from somebody with 10,000 positive buying feedbacks is worrisome, let alone only 63 .

Hahahaha ebay is such a joke.
He got a refund on booth auctions and didnt even have to send the cards back looooool.
Its not the money i care about its about me having right dont understand how they can rule in his favour......
Hi sortguld,eBay opened a case because of an issue with an item purchased from you. We reviewed the case and have decided to issue the buyer a full refund of $7.00. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping. The hold on this PayPal transaction has been removed.
This case is now closed. You are not required to reimburse the buyer or eBay, and this case will not be counted in your seller performance evaluation.
You can view the details of the case in the Resolution Center.
Comments:
We're issuing the buyer a refund for this case. You don't need to do anything else. This case won't be included when we evaluate seller performance. Note: It may take up to 24 hours to update in your Seller Dashboard.

Patrik,
That is an absolute joke.
Many, Many sellers do that (myself included, when I sell on eBay). You can multiple cards at once..... I try and put cards I feel are "related" to each other in the same scan..... but the title of the auction is clearly just the one card.
Then, in the description (like you did) state it: "You are bidding on the card in the title only" (I usually add a blurb about the other cards in the pics being available in other auctions).
I can not, for the life of me, understand how eBay would refund that buyer. It's clear as day what he was buying from you.

They say its not my fault but yet they refunded?????
Ebay
Final decision:
You were not found at fault.

I am just cleaning up my eBay - Blocked Bidder/Buyer List
We had a rip-off artist on here, some kid from St. Louis, named Cammy118, who tried to rip me off. and several others and was banned long ago.
Question: I cannot find the thread with his eBay username. Does anyone know his eBay Username and any other aliases?
Thanks in advance.

I don't get how they ruled against you, ridiculous. Still even if they are issuing a refund, shouldn't they make the buyer return the items before refunding the money? To me that makes sense, once you have the items back, then he/she should only get the money back at that point.

My first ever issue selling on Ebay. Only sell my high end pulls and haven't had a problem yet.
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/321308646563?...84.m1559.l2649
Have listed this item a few times with a price in mind and hadn't seen what I was looking for on it. Buyer BO's me @ $300 US. I counter at $350. He accepts. I message him after 2 days, no reply. Check his feedback and others have left feedback saying he doesn't pay. Opened a case today after the 4 days. Will be resolved in 5 days to a month......what?
My question is: how is this fair to me? How is this guy not banned from Ebay? If he wasn't willing to pay the price he shouldn't have accepted. If he accepted by mistake (doubt it) he should've answered my message.
Just so others are aware of this clown.

pretty sure if he doesn't respond to the case or pay up you can close the case after the 5 days and get your fee credit so you can list the card again. Happens way to often but eBay doesn't give us a real way to warn other sellers of this non paying buyers other than leaving positive feedback with a negative comment

Same thing happened to me. He sent me a BO I accepted before noticing his positive feedback was actually negative and today I opened a non-paying bidder case. I'm assuming if it happened to two of us there are probably more and maybe ebay will get rid of the deadbeat.
