Sorry man :(
Bu seriously what is this guy hoping for? That I'll send the card before receiving payment and that he'll get to keep it by pretending it never arrived?
What's the point of "buying" an item if you're not gonna pay for it and you're never going to receive it?

So now you know just bid on any card where there are moore cards pictured and then make a claim you will win ebay rule in your favour and you get to keep the card.
Doesnt care if you clearly state in description that its the card in the title youre selling......so beware

Long story short, I had a case opened against me on Tuesday by a guy in Czech Rep, two weeks to the day that the card was shipped. He didn't message me, just opened a case, and said. Card never showed, want refund for card have cancer and can't afford to buy cards that don't come. It annoyed me that it was so blunt, and demanding and I didn't like he had to mention cancer, I felt it was to make me have sympathy so I would refund without a fight. I messaged saying, sorry about the cancer and that the card never arrived but it has only been 14 days, I will wait til the case goes to costumer support on March 3rd and if no card, refund you then.... The fact of mentioning cancer tho, made me feel as it was a scam, so I looked at his last ten feedback and messaged each seller personally and asked about the buyer. His feedback is flawless, but I figured might as well see. Turns out he opens cases in half those, and got refunded all of them, most times before the claim went thru. I noticed a trend, each claim was against a Canadian seller, and the card was always more then $10. I messaged him to tell him what I discovered and told him I will not be refunding him and will be letting eBay know of what I found. He then messaged me to tell me, he is not a liar and a cheat like I claimed. I told him the evidence I am building against you tells me otherwise. Within two hours, he closed the case against me and another seller. And messaged me that he couldn't afford the card so offered to send a different card to me and when I get it to refund him. Lol. I replied that is not how a buy and sell site works. I then contacted eBay, with the information I had on him. He has well over 100 feedback, so I figure if I found 5 of his last 10, he probably has ripped off quite a few. I hope they end his run there. He also told me his mail comes to his building and is posted on a clipboard, where you take your own. Anyways...just thought I'd share. - znojemskyorel is his user name. I know a few of the sellers I spoke with are going to try and get money back as well.

I had a guy from Leduc, Alberta today say that he didn't receive his card from Feb, 2. I don't use Customs Forms for small inexpensive cards, so it should have gotten there by now.
He has 32 feedback, all good, but I worry about those with less than 100 even.

This has to be the most ridiculous thing I've heard on here. Sorry to hear you've been taken like this.

Sorry this happened Patrik. You are one of the best Buyers and Sellers in the World.
I have blocked this moron from buying. I am toying with the idea of calling eBay and identifying this type of behaviour, and letting eBay know that he will be blocked now by a couple of hundred sellers, then sending him an e-mail and telling him the same, and then to take a flying FireTruck at a rolling doughnut.
