Whatever you do, do it quickly as they most likely will be eliminated from the playoffs soon and your pay off potential will likely go down with the teams loss. Coyle has been playing very well for a young rookie. Minnesota has a bright future. I could see this card fetching upwards of $100. If you have three people wanting you to end it you could start the auction at $75 with a $150 bin. If someone bids $75 great and if they all want it you still get at least $75 and let them take it higher.

Remember Ebay only allows you to end 1 auction per year. I highly recommend you end and relist it as a bin/bo.

I agree with 13stepper and hang time. Minnesota will only be in the playoffs for likely a couple more days! If your auction ends after Minnesota gets put out think about how many potential buyers will just totally forget about the card and go off enjoying their summer.
Re-listing it as BIN at $149.99 OBO I think it most wise. If you get $100 for it then that's great. If you only get $75 then that's not too bad either. Listing it as an Auction for $19.99 or whatever it is you have it listed at can lead to great disappointment. Remember what I said about when the auction ends can greatly determine the end result of it's sale price. If the card ends 1 day after Minnesota gets put out of the playoffs you are likely to be disappointed. Buying into hockey cards and especially rookies relies heavily on faith, just like the US Economy and stock markets.

You should be able to select another method of shipping with a different price and then un-check the first method. It did this to me the other day for the first time ever and I'm not sure why.

I end about 2-3 per month with no penalty. As long as you don't have bids, you aren't losing money.

figured it out.... you think the button "recalculate" would recalculate the item cost to the new shipping rate (which i am trying to apply)...? NOPE - recalculate button actually just clears everything you changed and resets back to the default price which it was when item ended..... i was changing the shipping rate for a $9 discount and then pressing recalculate to see the new total to make sure it was correct... lol so simply type in the rate you want for shipping and hit "send invoice" or "preview invoice before sending" to see the new change.

is there a rule for ending auctions with bids early? i have bid on the same card 3 times on 3 separate auctions and they all ended a day and half before end of auction - he was pissed because he didnt want to sell a card to me for $50 - $75 because in his eyes it was worth $200 - $300... so he pulled it down and told me he will keep it since the bidding never got high enough for him to be happy to sell..... kinda pisses me off actually... lol i want the card for my pc

He should list it with a BIN or best offer then. Most auctions increase the most in the last few hours of the listing. I don't think you can cancel the auction if there is less than 24 hours left.
