fixing eBay shipping cost after item ended/sold
I accepted a b/o on one of my cards but it is under the $50 requires tracking for additional cost price... so i want to adjust the shipping to a lower amount - as he sent a request for invoice with the proper fee.
I cant seem to get it to work, i have done it before and remember it was something stupid i missed... lol any help is appreciated so i can get this out to the buyer.

You should be able to change the invoice or select an alternate shipping method with a new revised price.

Another difficult eBayer....what is "ProPay"???
So I won an auction for $14, and the seller contacts me and says he only accepts "ProPay" whatever that is lol. Nowhere in the listing, title, subtitle, description, etc. did it say he only accepted ProPay except in the "payments accepted" area, which I didn't even glance at. I mean everybody accepts paypal on eBay, and if they don't they make note of it somewhere in the listing to make sure it's clear. Shoot, even if you do happen to look at it ProPay looks exactly like PayPal lol. Anyway a typical ebayer, the seller won't cancel the transaction (mind you it's $14 free shipping) and replies with just a HINT of sarcasm "It is up to you. eBay will penalize you if you don't pay. You may not mind that, or you may want to take 3 minutes to set up an account. Thanks. I really appreciate it."
I have no desire to make an account with another company online with my bank account information but since we have another DB here I guess I have no choice.
I guess what I want to know is what is ProPay and can I hook it up to paypal or transfer funds into it without tying it to my bank account? Any help would be really appreciated!!!

If I'm not mistaken, all sellers HAVE to offer PayPal as a payment option. I'd look into that. If that's the case, then HE'S the one with the problem.

Hmmm...quick search and I can't find anything that says you must accept PayPal. But seriously, who sells on eBay and won't take PayPal? And yes, yes, fees...I know. But really, you won't sell a heck of a lot without it.

The guy hasn't sold anything since Dec. 2013, so I guess he switched to propay at the first of the year and hasn't sold anything since LOL. Also has 2 negs and 1 neutral. Sadly I was bidding on my phone where ebay mobile doesn't show everything on the listing itself.

That buyer is being difficult for sure. I did a search on ProPay and found their website. At the bottom they list some sites that ProPay is commonly used for. If you click on the eBay logo it brings you to the eBay page where it lists acceptable payment methods. It lists; PayPal, ProPay, Skrill, Merchant Credit Card, Payment upon Pickup.
Looks like you should probably sign up for ProPay and give him what he wants, then give him neutral feedback for being difficult. Or negative. Whichever you see fit.
