LOL, I was one of those that would message a bidder that had been outbid, directing them to my own listing, or offering a sale offsite. So my apologies for screwing that up for everyone. I was just trying to make enough $$ to support my own card addictions.

I can pretty much guarantee he doesn't actually own the card. As of last week, this guy owned it:

As well, it's literally just the same picture as the guy in the link above, just the picture is placed over a black background.

Check out Crosby's patch. Original and new. It has lot more white fabrics.

I'm thinking that it's either an issue of the shadow of the patch window in the original scan obscuring part of the swatch, or maybe the guy who is currently selling the card moved the patches a bit (which would be tough, as they're held in with glue IIRC). Because look at the Lemieux swatch as well - there's more yellow visible in the scan from the new listing.

I'm fairly confident there is nothing "slimy" going on here you guys, I think it's more of a camera angle. Also black background? Looks to me to be wood grain, like a table. It's a different picture. Why can't he own the card and have it in hand? The Steelcity auction ended on March 28th, it's now May 30.

I hope this doesn't get lost in the shuffle with the other ebay items. We all know about the cyber attack, but ebay is not letting me reset my password. I can't log into my account, can't bid on items, and now have 2 unpaid item cases open because of it. I can't contact the sellers, or ebay, and everytime I try to change my password it says they are having tech difficulties.

Why can't you log in?

How many times have you tried to change your password? It didn't work last week when I tried, I had to go in the next day and try again.

If it did not accept your new password, then it should not reject your old one.

It redirects me to change my password. WHen it asks for me to sign in it says they are having technical difficulties and when I try and contact customer sevice, same thing
