I'd assume they didn't sign a contract. That aside, the fact that people can choose to work for another company isn't relevant in this situation. Hobby Lobby has been given preferential treatment because of a belief. To me that is not reason for them to be able to loophole the law while other corporations follow the law. It's not really even about the employee or even birth control, it's about one corporation getting preferential treatment over others.

I don't like the fact that the gov't is trampling on the constitution and/or lying about it. I don't like the fact that they are forcing companies and individuals to purchase a service, or that they are allowing gov't officials to spy on us citizens. Or the IRS/patent office/Justice dept are being used as a tool of control against those this administration doesn't like......

Is it a well known fact that cigarettes kill people? Do people still smoke? Shouldn't we ban smoking?

Secondhand smoke? What if your parents smoked while you were a child and you became addicted to nicotine?
What about women who drink and smoke and do drugs while they are pregnant? Is that fair to the unborn baby?

Women shouldn't have to use that choice. But the choice should be there.

Not the same thing, secondly I can escape second hand smoke 99% of the time. My parents smoked when I was young, I never became a smoker. Women who drink, smoke,do drugs when they are pregnant are ignorant, and yes it is unfair to that baby, but they still have a chance. Abortion there is no chance.

I'm implying that it shouldn't be a choice. A choice should be whether to keep your legs closed or not.
