lol, if i get shorted, it will depend on the other stuff i pull. i'm really praying for the justin verlander sp auto from future stars for my pc! if i get that, i wouldnt care of the other 9 autos i should get from the box, i;d be satisfied, also forgot of a 07 sp rookie edition baseball box i'm opening as well!

Dan that was the only thing that stopped me from being on a total spazz out rant,If I didn't pull anything decent from my ud icons box I would have really went off,but the marino lettermen and the jim brown lettermen auto redemption softened me up.Why can't companies mess with me after a bad day at work, talk about sparks flying.take care Dan and you better pull that verlander auto,If not you can always trade for my verlander/liriano co-signers dual auto.

O.k I don't know if this is upperdecks way of being humorous but if you guys thought I was pissed before well now they've gone over the top.Received an envelope from ud you know what they sent me 2 retail packs of ud icons a 4 dollar value, better business bureau here I come,Wait till I get mr BARRY sischerman back on the phone,no language will be spared this time considering I spent over 4 dollars in shipping and handling to send the stuff i needed to send back.I really think it's time for me to be a complete jackass on the phone and maybe i'll get somewhere.Sorry for the continued rant but this is unacceptable.take care Steve

Upper Deck encourages poor customer service. Barry is at the lowest level and as no actual authority to do anything except say no and ship crap packs. I spent about six months exchanging emails and phone calls with him. He tends to promise a lot but never delivers. His supervisor is Nick Leslie. He has more authority but the same screw you customer service attitude. Their manager is Lori Ortiz. She only becomes concerned when upper management or the BBB is contacted.

You may want to try this contact:
    Contact: Terry Melia
    Manager, Public Relations
    The Upper Deck Company
    Phone: 760-929-3055
    Cell: 760-420-3511
    [email protected]

The North Las Vegas BBB is a good idea also. THe San Diego BBB covers Carlsbad.

I really do not understand the hate the customer culture that is so prevalent in their customer service department. In most companies upper management would have cleaned house by now.

We spend a small fortune and all we are asking is for them to stand behind thir products.

They are definately getting worse in both service and snotty attitude. Just say no with your wallet.

    Good Luck
